2017 brings us more generations in the workplace than ever before. Baby Boomers (born 1945-1960), Generation X (Born 1961-1980), Millennials (Born 1981-1995) & Gen Z (Born after 1995), Each generation is uniquely shaped by the major events of their times. In turn each is responding differently to the technology available and how they prefer to communicate with each other.

With each generation having their own preferred technology this results in different preferred communication platforms and communication formats. We can use this information within our businesses to best reach those in the manner they prefer. Below is a chart of how the generations approach technology and communication.
